Hi, I’m Elena Jose.

I teach yoga in a way that supports real life—the kind that isn’t always perfectly balanced, but still deserves to feel calm, strong, and steady.

My approach combines structure with softness, focusing on building strength, improving how your body moves, and helping you slow down enough to feel the difference.

After becoming a mother, my relationship with my body changed. I became less interested in pushing harder, and more focused on rebuilding strength in a way that feels sustainable and supportive. That experience shapes the way I teach today.

My classes aren’t about perfect poses or intensity. They’re about helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease in your body.
