Whilst group classes are excellent, and I enjoy teaching them so much, sometimes they can be too overwhelming for beginners, and they may lose confidence and motivation to try again. That’s why one-to-one sessions are an excellent solution for everyone who is starting on their yoga journey and also for those wanting to deepen their existing yoga practice and looking for support accessing more advanced yoga postures.
