“A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.”

— Albert Einstein

Fifteen years ago, I moved to London and found myself trying to balance a demanding career in banking with family life. Like many people, I felt constantly busy, often tired, and disconnected from my body.

Yoga began as a simple way to release stress and move more freely. Over time, it became something much deeper—a daily practice that brought strength, clarity, and a sense of calm I hadn’t experienced before.

During one of the most challenging periods of my life, when my husband was seriously ill, yoga became my anchor. Through movement, breathwork, and meditation, I found a way to stay steady, even in uncertainty. That experience changed not only how I practise, but how I understand the body and what it needs.

Becoming a mother later on deepened that understanding even further. It shifted my focus from pushing my body to supporting it—rebuilding strength with more patience, awareness, and care.

I became increasingly interested in how the body moves, recovers, and adapts, and naturally began sharing this with others.

In 2019, I trained as a yoga teacher and started teaching both in London and online. I’ve been fortunate to study with experienced teachers including Marcus Veda, Hannah Whittingham, Jamie Clarke, and Dulce Aguilar, and to deepen my understanding of anatomy through work with Christian Di Giorgio. My learning continues to evolve through ongoing study and practice.

I now live and work in St Albans, teaching private clients in and around Hertfordshire.

Today, my teaching is shaped by everything I’ve lived through. It’s calm, structured, and grounded in real life—designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease in your body.

Alongside this, I collaborate with businesses to create tailored wellbeing sessions that support their teams in a practical and sustainable way.

My classes range from more dynamic, flowing practices to slower, restorative sessions. Some are designed to build strength and energy, while others focus on stillness, breath, and release—always with the aim of helping you feel more balanced in both body and mind.

Music often plays a subtle role in my dynamic classes, helping to create a natural rhythm and flow.

I also enjoy writing and sharing thoughts around yoga, movement, and everyday wellbeing.

What matters most to me is how people feel after class—calmer, stronger, and more at ease in themselves. That’s what continues to inspire my work.
